Ricky: male cat to adopt

  • Ricky

Handsome chap Ricky had been living outdoors for many years and it was finally decided that it was time for him to be brought into the warm. He doesn’t trust humans much right now as he’s been used to living a very independent lifestyle and is going to need a very patient, dedicated and experienced home with someone/people who are willing to give him his own space and slowly work on building his trust. It will take time, but we have seen cats like Ricky come around in the past and it is truly wonderful to experience that first little head bump!

To apply for Ricky, please email [email protected] stating your current situation & working hours and reasons for wanting to adopt him. Please note, we will only be able to accept applications that match his needs. Please also consider if your work hours and situation will still be suitable on a long term basis.

Due to limited staffing and the high level of inquiries at present, there may be a delay, but we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible.

For our rehoming criteria, please take a look here: https://hollyhedge.org.uk/our-animals/adoption-procedure/. Due to current COVID restrictions, Holly Hedge is only able to rehome in Bristol and surrounding areas.
